Zucchini Spaghetti Bolognese - Cooking with Emma
Famous TV shows cook Emma shared us her delicious recipe for zucchini spaghetti bolognese. Learn to cook like a pro with Emma! Here is the instructions: Crumble the tofu block, peel onions and garlic and chop them into fine pieces. Heat the olive oil, and fry the tofu for about 4 minutes. Add onions, garlic, and oregano. Add salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile cut tomatoes, and prepare tomato paste and agave syrup to the pan and caramelize it. Deglaze with red wine and cook for another minute. Chop basil and add it to the Bolognese. Use spiral slicer to cut the zucchini into spaghetti, and marinate it for 3 minutes. Arrange zucchini on a plate, add sauce and sprinkle with parmesan. List of the ingredients becomes available once you finish the game. Have fun.
