Local police thinks that they have everything under control, but there are wrong. You should do some upset tonight, so they do not slack, and start doing their work, what do you think? Call some of your gangster friends, and do some crazy heist in jewellery store. Some preparations must be done prior to that, though. We need cars, fast cars. Steal them, and escape the heat. Police cars will be patrolling around, so sneak through them, and take those cars to my garage. Once you are here, you should be fine, and we can continue according to our plan. Have fun.
